First, the working principle of ultrasonic transducer:
Let's first understand the working principle of ultrasonic transducers: ultrasonic transducers are composed of sandwich components made of piezoelectric ceramic material (lead zirconate titanate), and under normal circumstances, there will be a set of ultrasonic transducers at the ultrasonic welding head. The function of ultrasonic transducers is to convert the input electrical power into mechanical power (that is, ultrasound) and then transfer it, while consuming a small part of the power itself.

Ultrasonic transducer is a device that converts electromagnetic energy into mechanical energy (sound energy), usually made of piezoelectric ceramics or other magnetostrictive materials, common ultrasonic cleaners, ultrasonic atomizers, B-ultrasound probes, etc. are application examples of ultrasonic transducers.
Third, the types of ultrasonic transducers:
There are various ways to classify ultrasonic transducers, the common ones are:
1. According to the shape of the transducer, it can be divided into cylindrical transducer, rod transducer, disc transducer, composite ultrasonic transducer and spherical transducer.
2. According to the mechanism of energy conversion and the transducer materials used, it can be divided into electromagnetic acoustic transducer, electrostatic transducer, mechanical ultrasonic transducer, magnetostrictive transducer, piezoelectric transducer, etc.
3. According to the input power and working signal of the transducer, it can be divided into detection ultrasonic transducer, pulse signal transducer, power ultrasonic transducer, continuous wave signal transducer, modulation signal transducer, etc.
4. According to the vibration mode of the transducer, it can be divided into shear vibration transducer, torsional vibration transducer, longitudinal vibration transducer, bending vibration transducer, etc.
5. According to the working medium of the transducer, it can be divided into liquid transducer, solid transducer and gas-mediated ultrasonic transducer.
6. According to the working state of the transducer, it can be divided into receiving ultrasonic transducer, transmitting ultrasonic transducer and transceiver dual-purpose ultrasonic transducer.
